In 2015 our family spent the summer holidays in Indonesia, primarily in a place called Klui Beach on the island of Lombok, where we made some very close friends.

 

We fell in love with the Klui kids which led us to pay a visit to their primary school, SDN2 Senggigi in Mangsit, Lombok.  

 

We loved spending time interacting with the students but soon realised that their school was in need of assistance.

 

We established Project Why Not following our visit to SDN2 and with the funds raised we personally purchased and delivered classroom supplies and sporting equipment.

 

It was great to make a difference to the learning environment and see the joy that it brought to the students.
